Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must ensure that their submissions comply with all the following elements as part of the submission process; submissions that do not meet these guidelines may be returned to authors.

The journal employs a double-blind review method, and thus the author's name and affiliation must not appear in the manuscripts that have been submitted electronically. When submitting the original manuscript, the Acknowledgement section should be left empty. As stated in the Author Guidelines, the article manuscript must comply with the formatting, stylistic, and bibliographic standards. The manuscript submission file must be in Microsoft Word (*.docx) document file format; please refer to the Authors Guidelines for more information.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted by email to the Editorial Office in Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) format. The submitting author/corresponding author should accept responsibility for the paper during the submission and peer review process and is responsible for ensuring that the article's content has been approved by all other co-authors. The contact details of the corresponding author should be provided on the first page of the manuscript.

Conflict of interest and other declarations

All authors are required to declare any conflicts of interest when submitting papers for publication. Declarations of funding sources, ethical approval and acknowledgement should be included at the end of the manuscript (before references list).

  • Funding: This research was funded by (please provide grant name and number)
  • Ethical approval: The animal ethics committee of UiTM (UiTM CARE) approved this study (please provide number)

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism must be avoided in the document, and the author must run the work through plagiarism detection software; the similarity index must be no more than 25%. The submission must never have been published or made available to any publications before, and while the work is being reviewed at IJPNaCS, the author(s) may not submit it elsewhere.


Article Licensing, Copyright Policy and Publishing Rights

Upon acceptance for publication, the author(s) must assign the copyright of their articles to the Journal.  However, the original author(s) retain unrestricted publication rights not limited to the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)


Submission Fees and Charges

This journal does not require submission fees, processing fees nor any charges.
